For the SS26 season, we partnered with the Chinese yarn mill Fortune Tech. to lead a full-scale rebranding and strategic repositioning, transforming their identity across every touchpoint of the business.

Our collaboration began with a deep technical analysis of their yarn innovations, focusing on construction breakthroughs and cutting-edge composition blends tailored to both premium capsule collections and high-volume fast fashion markets. We then steered the creative direction of the new identity, developing a unique seasonal narrative and color strategy that aligned with emerging consumer trends. From ideating trend-driven yarn concepts to designing a fully merchandised, ready-to-sell collection book, we ensured a seamless blend of innovation and storytelling. The launch was supported by tailored PR scripts, visual assets, and a complete exhibition booth experienceall unveiled globally at the most prominent yarn fairs.
